Craft Fair Information
The CRHS Music Department Craft Fair is a successful event held at Coginchaug Regional High School in Durham, Connecticut. Taking place the first Saturday in November, this fair has been anticipated by attendees from throughout Connecticut for over 40 years. This fair features over 60 handmade crafters. It is a unique opportunity for shoppers to find one-of-a-kind items and meet the artisans who made them.
Our student and parent volunteers work hard to ensure a profitable day for our crafters and artisans. Our students do so much for this fair, from set-up and and decorations, helping crafters load in and out, selling raffle tickets and baked goods, serving lunch - they really work hard. It is great to connect the students with other artists. We all realize how important studying the arts is, especially music. This event allows us to provide funding for various musical opportunities and materials for our students.
